Your restaurant's WhatsApp, doing the work of a waiter, a cashier, and a front desk.
One WhatsApp number your customers already know how to use — to see your menu, place an order, and skip the queue. Every order flows straight to your POS and your kitchen. No app to download. No new habits to teach.
Your customers don't want another app. They're already on WhatsApp all day. Fetolsa Chat turns your venue's WhatsApp line into a full ordering and service desk: it shows your real menu and prices, takes the order, and drops it onto your POS floor with a kitchen ticket — instantly. Your staff serve; the chat handles the asking, the typing, and the queue.
What it looks like on a busy night
Order from your seat — skip the queue
A guest is seated, busy night, no waiter in sight. They message your WhatsApp, see the menu, ask the price of a bottle, add two drinks and a plate, and place the order. It appears on your POS for the table and prints in the kitchen — without anyone leaving their seat or standing at the counter.
Owner's win: Fewer missed orders on a rush, faster table turns, no queue at the till.
Order ahead for pickup
A regular messages on the way over, orders, and collects on arrival. No phone call to mishear, no 'I'll have it ready in 20.'
Owner's win: Capture takeaway revenue with zero extra staff time.
Instant answers, 24/7
'Are you open?' 'How much is the platter?' 'Do you have a private area?' The chat answers in seconds — at 2pm or 2am — so questions become bookings instead of going unanswered.
Owner's win: You never lose a customer to a slow reply again.
It all flows into your system
Every WhatsApp order lands on your POS floor and fires a kitchen ticket automatically — the same screen your cashiers and kitchen already use. Sales, items and reports update like any other order.
Owner's win: WhatsApp becomes another sales channel that feeds one system — not a separate inbox someone has to re-key.
Experience exactly what your customers would
We set up a demo restaurant, ChopLife Lounge, so you can run the loop yourself:
Ask for the menu
Try "what's on the food menu?" or "how much is a Heineken?"
Place an order
Say "I'd like a Heineken and a plate of Jollof, for pickup." Give a name when asked.
Watch it land
Open the POS demo at trychoplife.fetolsa.app (tap Owner PIN 1111) — your order appears on the floor with a kitchen ticket, the same thing your staff would see.
That's the loop your customers would use, on your own number.
See your kitchen, live.
When a waiter sends an order, it appears on the kitchen screen instantly — no paper, no shouting across the pass. Cooks tap to start, mark ready, and the waiter is notified automatically. Every ticket is timed, so a slow order is visible before the customer complains.
Live order tickets
Each order is a card — table, order #, who took it, and a timer that turns amber → orange → red the longer it waits, so nothing gets forgotten.
Right station, right screen
Food routes to the Kitchen, drinks to the Bar — each station only sees its own work.
One-tap flow
Start, Ready (pings the waiter to collect), Served. Bump an urgent order to the top, or Recall a finished one if it needs redoing.
No new hardware
Runs on any tablet, a spare monitor, or the manager's phone — alongside your existing printer, so you switch over at your own pace.
Watch an order hit the kitchen — live
- 1.Open the POS demo and enter PIN 7777 (Kitchen) — you land straight on the Kitchen Display.
- 2.In a second tab, open it again as Waiter (PIN 5555), open a table, add a food item and a drink, and Send to Kitchen.
- 3.Flip back to the kitchen tab — the new ticket pops onto the board with a chime. Tap Start, then Ready to notify the waiter.
Tip: put the two tabs side by side — the "order appears the instant it's sent" moment is what sells it. Adding both a food item and a drink makes the Kitchen and Bar station tabs appear.
Meta's agent can chat. It can't put the order on your floor.
Meta's Business Agent answers messages — for free. But it doesn't know your menu is sold out, can't take an order onto your POS, fire a kitchen ticket, or update your sales. Fetolsa Chat does all of that, because it's part of the system that runs your venue — the same one the demo order you just placed lands on.

What it does in your venue
Everything in the demo above, plus the parts that make it a complete service desk for your business:
Pay in the chat
Customers settle by card or transfer through a secure link — money in before the food goes out.
Check the bill from your seat
A guest can see their running tab without flagging anyone down.
Your brand, your number
It's your venue's WhatsApp and menu — not a marketplace that owns your customer and takes a cut.
One system, not a side inbox
Orders, kitchen tickets, stock and sales all live in your Fetolsa POS + HQ — so WhatsApp is a channel, not more admin.
Always-on
It answers and takes orders whether your team is slammed or asleep.
In-chat payment and check-your-own-bill complete the experience in your venue; the public demo above focuses on browsing the menu and placing an order.
One click, no login — opens the live ChopLife back-office (sales, stock, finance, reports). The POS demo above is the till; this is the office behind it.
How a customer orders on WhatsApp

In your venue: pay by card/transfer in the same chat, and check your bill any time.
